Juan Martinez
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Juan founded the company in 2014 with a clear vision: build a construction firm grounded in integrity, quality workmanship, and long-term client relationships. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings extensive hands-on knowledge, field leadership, and a deep understanding of structural systems and project execution.
Throughout his career, Juan has emphasized doing the job correctly the first time — prioritizing safety, accountability, and precision on every project. His leadership has shaped the company’s culture and established the standards that continue to guide its growth.
As the business evolves, Juan remains focused on expanding operations and strengthening the company’s future. He looks forward to continued growth in the years ahead and is confident in the strength of the leadership team guiding the next phase of the company’s development.
Outside of work, Juan enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending quality time with his family. His steady leadership and long-term vision remain central to the company’s success.
Jonathan Martinez
Director of Operations & Design LeadJonathan serves as our Director of Operations, overseeing project coordination, financial planning, human resources, and strategic decision-making within the company. He plays an active role in budgeting, process development, and ensuring operational efficiency across all departments. His leadership emphasizes structure, accountability, and long-term strategic growth.
Currently entering his third year of college, Jonathan is continuing to expand his academic foundation while actively contributing to the company’s growth and development. His ongoing education strengthens his understanding of business operations, leadership strategy, and modern construction practices — allowing him to apply both practical experience and academic insight to daily operations.
With a strong background in design and architectural visualization, he brings a forward-thinking approach to construction. Experience in 3-D modeling and rendering enhances pre-construction planning and provides clients with clarity before work begins. This combination of operational oversight and design perspective improves both execution and overall project delivery.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Jonathan values faith, family, and personal growth. He regularly attends church and prioritizes time with family. He also maintains a strong interest in architectural design, creative visualization, and continuous improvement — principles that influence his disciplined and thoughtful approach to leadership.
